We at Footcharts have put together a football forecasting model for you to look at.
Start by selecting the team of interest. On the left hand side is the current league table, with results already filled once played. Click on the bar chart to view the prediction for that game. For games yet to be played, click on the pie chart to view the forecast. Notice that the forecast is made up of a set of probabilities for individual scores. The most likely score is shown at the bottom, whilst probabilities are also given for Home, Draw and Away.
Notice that because of the restrictions from Football DataCo (see link on right), Footcharts is unable to present a list of fixtures, so you have to select the one of interest.
To the right of the League Table is the current list of attack and defence parameters for each team. These can be sorted by clicking on the column names. Finally, a graph is shown tracking the attack and defence parameters over time for the season.
Performance, gives an identical league table picture as seen in Forecasts, but for past seasons as well and also incorporates how well the team has performed in individual months.
There is also a link to the right hand side, giving a list of Premiership injuries, to help out with your betting.
Click on any of the items above to view.
